1. INTRODUCTION
We believe that when you visit the Resilient Living website (the “Site”), your personal and account information deserve protection. This Privacy Policy has been prepared to let you know what we can, and cannot do, with your personal and account information, and to ensure that you understand our commitment to providing you with a secure and worry-free experience.
At all times, it is your decision as to whether you wish to use the Site and provide us with information about yourself.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your employer will provide Resilient Living your corporate email. Resilient Living will e-mail you your unique user name and password in order for to be able to access the Resilient Living Program. Once you have logged into the program, our servers will track your activity including, but not limited to, your selected area(s) of focus and your use of selected individual relaxation learning modules. All information you provide is collected privately by Resilient Living.
3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY RESILIENT LIVING
The tracking of your selections and activities within the site is used by Resilient Living to personalize your Resilient Living program in terms of ease of navigation for you, e mail reminder support to you and personal tracking of program modules you have completed. In other instances, such as when sending Resilient Living an email message or providing us with feedback, we may require that you provide additional personal information. Your individual information will also enable us, if necessary, to notify you of any change to our services
Resilient Living may use personal and account information and data collected to generate aggregate statistics and reports for internal use. Resilient Living will provide users’ employers with aggregate information only about total utilization of the program by all employees. These statistics and reports will not contain any information that would identify individual users of the Site.
4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY RESILIENT LIVING
When you visit the Site and provide personal information, the information is processed and stored on secure servers in Canada and the USA. Upon termination of the program by your company or the departure of any individual from the company, all relevant user information will be securely deleted from Resilient Living’s database within three (3) months of the change of status.
5. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Users’ non-aggregated specific personal and account information will not be sold, rented or made available to anyone other than Resilient Living without express permission to do so.
Resilient Living reserves the right to co-operate with law enforcement and other officials in any investigation requiring either personal or account information, including any information provided online through the Site, or reports about lawful or unlawful user activities on the Site. Resilient Living also reserves the right at any time to disclose any personal and account information: (i) to comply with any applicable law or regulation; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to site operation; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of Resilient Living and its users, partners, providers, licensors or merchants.
